Guild Crystal Iris [cona] Lvl. 67 War Guild Recruiting Lvl. 90+

Crystal Iris was created on 28/05/2021 with the intention to be a war and community guild but has later evolved into being a war guild only

We are a really friendly and united guild, so if you like to communicate, make friends and war this guild its for you! We soon will be a really strong war guild!!!




We are a very patient and welcoming guild but we set some rules so our community could grow and be friendly:

• No spam (Please don't repeat messages or use a lot of spam emojis)
• No NSFW content.
• No evading punishments (Ban evading or similar is not allowed here. This means getting around with a ban by using alts)
• Keep channels to their designated purpose ( Memes goes in Memes, Trading goes in Trades, etc).
• No insults, harrassment, trashtalking or bullying people (Be respectful. Do NOT insult someone unless it's a joke and you know that the other person is fine with it. Don't be rude to people in general. Bullying is not allowed).
  
• No annoying sounds in VC (No earrape or similar which can annoy others).

We decided to create a custom hierarchy system, which is based on peoples ranks in game. We also have a custom rank for trustworthy people and guests.

Ranks:
✮✮✮✮✮ - Emperor:
Emperors are the founders of Crystal Iris. Emperor's have the most power in the guild, so they have a final word in everything.

✮✮✮✮ - King:
Kings are basically chiefs in game, they have power over all ranks below. With this rank you have access to high channels on discord and help the guild more by making decisions and other guild work.
To obtain this rank you have to be a King's Advisor or War King, participate and win an election, where everyone from the guild will vote, and the person who have more votes win.

✮✮✮☆ - War Advisor
War Kings are Strategists which get Chief in game in order to be able to war more effectively.

✮✮✮ - King's Advisor:
King's advisors are Strategists in game. People with this rank can start wars and have access to some private channels. People can also obtain this rank with a trust based system and voted by all kings and emperors.

✮✮ - Knight:
Knight are Captians in game. This rank is given to Knight Aprentices who have earned their rank by participating in wars and being active in-game. With this rank you will be able to start wars and expected to understand claims / alliances.

✮ - Knight's Aprentice:
Knight's Aprentices are Recruiters in game. This rank is given to those who have shown an interest for a period of time in warring and have participated in a good number of wars.

Court Clown:
Court Clowns are Recruits in game. This is the rank you get when you join the guild.

Clowns:
Clowns is a rank for a trustworthy people. People dont have necessarily to be in the guild to get this rank. They only have to be active in discord and chiefs will vote if you fit for this rank.

Peasent:
Peasant it's an automatic role for when a user enters the discord server, it works like a guest role.
