Assassin/Ninja Help Armor Improvements For Brass Brand Greed Build (lvl 96+)

Hi all, this is the current build I am running and have been running for the past few levels (can't use WynnBuilder link just yet):

STR 40 DEX 80 INT 29 DEF 56 AGI 57

I'm overall pretty satisfied with this and I rarely have too much difficulty in combat, but the build has some glaring holes in terms of mana (regen and/or steal) and Water Defense (this part is pretty important as I would like to run the Water Division of Qira Hive without getting obliterated). This is the first time I've gotten a class up to 90+, so I know very little about what the endgame looks like in terms of builds, therefore any and all criticism and suggestions are very much appreciated :D
