I'd like a melee singularity build please

---- NO Legendary island items yet as I have not done that.
--- No guild tomes
At least can solo or semi solo li and others, good damage, high hp, high sustain.

How you gonna use melee Singularity - the meta mage build - but not have diamond fusion necklace?

uhm, this doesnt work? the 35 dexterity singu gives does not make you able to use dstatic without assigning 100 dex before
reclaritrance will work
