Dying In The Void On Hardcore

I logged onto this character for the first time in months and my level 103 assassin is currently in the void and dying. I panic logged as this was obviously a bug and I did not want to die on hardcore as possibly lose my gear. I thought to put this in bug reports to get a mods attention to tp me out of the void but it seems all stuck reports get filed as not bugs. I have no idea if I have any tp scrolls on hand and I am afraid to check and risk death. Is there anyway to contact mods for help out or do I just have to die to a bug?

we can't tp you out, if you don't have scrolls your best option is to /kill for which you will still lose items but keep the hardcore tag
