Damn it's hard to get low costs and sufficient mana for rainbow.

 

I think this build is before the 1.20.3 change since it now has 3 meteor cost, 18k spell damage and 94 points remaining. I hit the update items and I got those new stats

i made it after 1.20.3, i didnt undertand what you were talking about, just put intel to 129 and rest in defence and it has 1 mana meteors

 

Ohhh you edited the skill points, thats why. yeah sorry for the confusion. I just assumed the skill points are the default ones that come with it.
