Mage/Dark Wizard Help Spell Singularity For Solo&war

I'd like the following please as I'm SHIT at making builds
Can I have a war build and a PVE solo build with spell singu if thats possible.

- One mythic (SINGU)
- No end game items as I have not finished them (LI, hive, etc..)
- Something that can be bought off the TM (trade market)

If also possible, list the items that should be replaced once I get them, e.g replace ring 1 with intensity.

 

If you want to solo wars you're going to have a very hard time without any legendary island or hive items. If you have a singularity just run morph to get those items. As well you should never discount the effectiveness of dungeon items. From my experience warring though, in addition to all of that you also need tomes.
