Wynnexcavation Site B

I have a problem which I can't fix, in the quest Wynnexcavation site B, when you go down in the mine you meet a person who just tells you to go away, and pushes you into the water, the problem comes here, he doesn't push me into the water, and when I go into the water, onto the black block that should teleport me, I just get teleported up like 5 blocks, fall down back to the black blocks and repeat until I somehow manage to get out of it, anybody has any idea how could I fix this issue?

 

I don't really remember the quest that much the only thing I could say that might help is that you need the shard from the previous excavation site but if you don't have the shard you can use /fixquest I think and if that doesn't work I would recommend going to the wiki for the quest as it tells you the steps in the quest and helps with puzzles.
