The singu is around 7-8 stacks of le.
Reasoning: good mele, average raw, ad ws (Raw Spell Damage > Raw Main Attack Damage > Walk Speed); luckily stats dont really matter that much on singu

its incredible hard to pc those items since they are not sold that often Therefore, the sample size to make an estimate is too low.
