Enderchest Problem

So I haven't played in a long time, My main Class was at the highest a level 77 Assassin but I got stuck on the Pink and Blue (I think) One when it was Broken and gave up, I keep trying to come back to the game starting a new class but found that everything that I had in my old class is still in my Ender Bank, All my Emeralds, Potions, Scrolls, Powders. I'd likes to start completely Fresh and Idk how to do that other than manually Emptying my Chest or getting a new account on, is there a specific way?

 

Sorry, the closest you can come is by manually emptying your bank: there's no clear button

 

dang, what about Quest items? it wont let me get rid of them?

 

The most common method to get rid of quest items is to claim your daily reward and put your quest items inside the chest interface; when you close the daily reward screen, your quest items won’t pop back in your inventory

 

Or putting them in ur inventory crafting menu and filling the rest of ur inv with emeralds or smth else
