Mage/Dark Wizard Help Early Game Mage Class Builds

(Levels 30-45) Any ideas?
So, a friend of mine recently got into Wynncraft as a mage.
He was pretty notorious with builds; each MMORPG he went to, he would constantly ask me to trade stuff with him if it caught his interest.
And now, he's asking for ideas for a mage build.
So... how about it?
{PS: He's a bit more onto the damage/critical-ish side of things.}
