Any Class [mage Spell Spam] & [assassin Spell Steal]: Rate My Builds? :)

These are the first builds I've made for my main classes after properly learning about builds from the forums/wiki, so I'm pretty new to this. Any feedback and tips to improve would be much appreciated. :)

- 18k Meteor, but 17.8k ehp only and 9.7k ehp(no agi): Maybe a bit too glassy?
- 8/5s mr and 2 1 2 1 spell cost - is that enough mr to sustain?

Btw an unrelated question: what is considered to be good war builds for assassin and mage? Should I aim for tankyness over damage?

The nepta build has low mana but other then that the builds seems good.

 

you can work a bit in the spell costs and tankyness in both, the rest seems pretty good
