Archer/Hunter Looking For Freedom Build

I've hit level 103 and want to start grinding for my first mythic, which i want to be freedom. I also don't want to invest time and ems into a item without knowing what build I want, so if anyone has a good freedom build drop it here. I prefer spell spam with decent health regen (i dont mind carrying potions but id prefer to have some form of natural regen). Agility isnt a big thing with me unlike most archers. Id just like a balanced build. I will drop my current no mythic build here for reference if anyone would like to know my playstyle (feel free to critique this as well). This is manly to do eldritch outlook, my friend and I are having a bit of trouble and I need to be the dps guy.

It may seem like this build is nothing better than the one you are using now but, the thing is that your build has really bad mana and this one does not
