Help With A Quest

I'm not entirely sure if this is the correct place to put this, but in short Realm of Light 4 has an annoying glitch where sometimes the inscription at the bottom of the tree cant be read. I was unlucky enough to get this glitch. Yes, I have tried all the other fix methods. I'm fairly sure the only way to fix it is to get someone else to trigger the cutscene again for me while I'm there so that I can read it. In short, I'm looking for a player who hasn't started the quest and can trigger the scene while I'm there. Or I'm looking for how I might go about finding such a player.
