    I saw that you can get the Champion Armor after you have beaten the Tower of Ascension but the stats i see are not very good.

    Im confused. Your question is why the armor is so good, but in your thread, you say its not very good? That's... completely contradictory, what are you asking exactly?

    its because of the 4 piece set bonus, which is good for pretty much everything
