Archer/Hunter Level 100+ Archer Tanky Build With Moderate Damage

Title. No mythics or dungeon rain items please, hive and LI items are fine tho. Looking for 17k+ hp (unless your build has a crap ton of HR/LS) without terrible damage. Would also prefer spell spam over melee
