Your build is ok but the weapon is the problem, heavy melee is about dealing as much damage as possible in a single hit now the main way to do that is through the earth powder ability which deals your normal damage times ~5 in earth damage.

Flameshot the weapon that you are using does not have any powder slots and can therefore not use this ability, so instead i would recomend using something like anvil crawler, which is a weapon that deals just as much if not more damage than flameshot and has powder slots.

This build is quite good but there will soon be an update which will buff and nerf different items and when that comes out this build will have to be completely remade.
