Can You Restart A Quest That Isnt Solved?

Hey guys,
I got Quests which isnt finished yet because some Items don't dropped or there is a bug. /fixquests didnt helped me. For example in Bob's Lost soul, a long lvl.45 quest, i cant get another depressing stick after i lose one. Another example is Creeper Infiltration, a medium lvl. 15 quest where I can't use the mask merchant.
Can someone help me out?

firstly, no, there is no way to restart quests.
for bob's lost soul if you lose the depressing weapons from the puzzles you can get more either by grinding mobs in the wolf cave or by buying the one(s) you want off the trade market
for creeper infiltration im not really sure what you mean - does the mask merchant's menu not open, does it say you dont have the items when you do, do you not know how to get the items, or is it something else?

thank you for your fast answer. I mean I can't go to the mask merchant near the pigmans because I dont have the item that allow me to go to the mask merchant

 

Try going through the part of the quest that gives you the creeper skin again

 

I tried going to Thomas again but he want that I get these things from the creepers. Idk what to do D:

 

Go up the cave that he originally tells you to go up, and you should be able to get another creeper skin

Go back to the farms where the cutscene with the creeper explosion happened on the top of the ravine. Play the cutscene again, and make sure to pick up the creeper skin in the nest you get launched into after the custcene ends (by attacking it).

Yea I lost the depressing bow and had to pay 32 eb for it -_-
