Corkian Concentrated Adrenophagy Tincture (a.k.a. LIQUID FURY)

CONTENTS (50 mL):
Water (55%), Sugar (8%), Salt (0.3%), Adrenaline, Corkian Scarlet Lotus extract, ground Astrochelys Manis carapace, Luu Luu venom, flavoring (Avo berry extract, Citrus).

Sends anyone who drinks the tincture into a berserker rage. Scarlet Lotus extract helps body accumulate adrenaline faster, and allows for oral absorption of adrenaline through the digestive process. Side effects include amnesia, loss of appetite, rarely cardiac arrest, and very rarely symptoms similar to that of rabies due to known side effect of Scarlet Lotus extracts, resulting in a fatal onset after berserker rage.

Administered orally. Must be diluted with any alcoholic drink.

The original tincture was initially used by the Avo natives to enhance their physical prowess when in times of mortal peril. Initially, this mixture was created with just two ingredients brought to a boil - water, and the extract of a very rare Corkian flower: The Scarlet Lotus.

Plants used in the creation of the mixture was cultivated to eliminate all undesired properties such as the essence of the flower draining all life force of a person to generate immense amounts of adrenaline, severe headaches and the rabies-like onset caused by overdose (overdosing on the extract is no longer fatal, but will still send you into a coma). It took countless generations to perfect the ratio of extract to water, as well as experimentation of time it needed to boil to limit its potency by denaturing the essence partially to avoid accidental overdose.

Once ingested, the tincture is absorbed very quickly into the body, forcing the consumer's adrenal glands (or equivalent) to generate as much adrenaline as they can for a limited amount of time. This granted the consumer the ability to ignore their limits for as long as they could in order to dish out tremendous damage to their enemies. Once it wears off, the overworked adrenal glands shut down, and the body falls into a restorative coma during which the consumer is vulnerable.

This tincture is notorious for two events: it was used against the corrupted in 982 AP, and against the Corkians in 1000 AP. In 982 AP, a Corkian merchant smuggled a vial of this tincture to the Wynn Province, in an attempt to spike a villager's meal to unleash them into the world. This minor experimentation with the tincture went awry, as the villager's body started to grow to an immense, bizzarely proportioned size. The end result was dismissed as a "failure", as the villager expired two minutes after its transformation, but not before killing the merchant with a single punch to the skull.

In 1000 AP, the tincture was used against a soldier from Wynn Province, to sabotage the relationships between the two provinces by Rensa. The ulterior motives of the assailant is unknown, but the damage was done - while there were no casualties, the docks were obliterated, resulting in tens of thousands of emeralds in damage. It is unknown to who else this drug was administered to, as they all mentioned a lingering feeling of lethargy and memory loss after coming to their senses.

Earlier this weekend, Rensa's lifeless body was found in the council room. The body was in absolute tatters - visible claw marks, going all the way from forehead to chin, some starting at eyebrows and presumably cutting through the sclera of the eyes; nose and other facial features covered in blood; multiple stab wounds across torso and legs, severe claw wound running down from torso to abdomen, [rest of details censored]

The reason behind Rensa's brutal murder is currently unknown. Rensa's assailant was found dead a few hours after, autopsy revealing a high concentration of Liquid Rage. Surviving members of the Corkian High Council after the Corkus Massacre of 1001 AP, just 3 days prior, refused to comment. Following the incident, production of Liquid Rage was stopped, the products were recalled, and the factory, alongside all recalled and pending shipments of the product, were destroyed.
