   Looking for an improvement for my current build, designed for level 85.

   I'm 95 now and I feel I'm getting somewhat behind. I'd like to keep the spellspam playstyle and not give up the extreme tankyness it had. The only flaw of my previous build was the lack of HP Regen/HP Steal.
   Got like 2 stacks of LE, that's the only limiting factor.
