Technically its my second, my first was a quest item so you get what I mean



It seems a little meh though ngl... I mean the ability to basically dodge all attacks and counterattack at the same time is nice... but only 30% damage? Yeah idk... You can tell me what you think...

Also fun fact these are my second boots with a special ability, my first were legendary Seven-League Boots with the ability to negate all fall damage but it requires 50 agility so nope.

 

Very cool, however these kinds of threads are the perfect examples of something called a profile post. Profile posts are meant to be the place where you post your findings and achievements most of the time, without spamming the main Wynncraft section with mediocre or (for most) uninteresting content. Keep this is mind when posting next time.

 

I really like these innocent topics where people are just excited to find their first mythic or even fabled in this case, however, I do understand that most people might find this annoying because as Lousyre said, this probably belongs to the profile posts more than here, I personally don't mind it, so congrats!

 

Umm, what's a profile post? How do I do that? Also, I think these posts are ok, an admin liked this post, I doubt they would do that if I broke a rule. As for uninteresting content, this post will just sink in the forum if no-one replies (I think that's how it works. I'm more experienced with Hypixel forums and both of these forums seem to be running on the same engine). I tried to facilitate a discussion about the item, as I'm new and curious of its value. And I'm not spamming anything, this is the first post I made in many days. Finally, I know this sounds dumb, but I kinda want to "celebrate" my finding with others, and how can I do that if I just post it on my profile? No one will see it! I don't have any followers! Now I'm not saying I'm opposed to profile posts... I just want to understand your reasoning better. And so, in your opinion, am I really spamming this forum? Would I really be committing a sin posting more of these types of threads? What should a "perfect" forum look like? What kind of posts do you think should be posted here? Or is what you're saying an unwritten rule? What will happen if I ignore your warning? Are you a moderator and for some reason I can't see your tag? No, I'm not a moderator. I just wanted to point out that in many cases these kinds of threads were deemed with the sentence "nice profile post", which is a passive-agressive way of saying that the thread isn't really relevant or it fills the forum with uninteresting content. I was trying to """""defend""""" you basically and give you advice. I know my reply could've looked like it was a bit agressive, or I was angry at you, and I'm sorry if that happened, I wasn't intending to do that.

I wanted to allude to the fact that you have posted these kind of threads a few times already.

I can agree with this, good point.

I can also understand how you wanted to celebrate your findings in this way, however there is a panel of the forums where you can see new profile posts. And yes, a lot less people are going to see that, but you'll get your celebration nonetheless.

In the case of these kinds of posts, it comes down to preference. Some people don't mind it, some people do. As for anything else, there are so many topics that it's hard to say. It's more like a situation where everything is judged on its merits, excluding the obvious: if it belongs to another subforum, or it breaks the rules. You can get the hang of it quite quickly if you watch the forums regurarly.

 

I really like that they added fabled weapons. It's like finding a mythic but unlucky people can actually experience it.

Shame that there aren't many fableds in a given level range yet though. The excitement does fade after finding your fourth Scarlet Veil. 16-32 emerald blocks every so often is nice though

Yeah same here, a marginal amount of the community is very toxic (mostly but not always people in big guilds)
