Where Is The Olux Clock Merchant?

    I've been following the clock mystery and as many times as I walk up and down the alleyway, switch servers, and talk to the Agitated Citizen, the Olux clock merchant isn't appearing. Is this a known issue? Or am I doing something wrong? (I have all other clocks)

    The clock mystery hasn't been released for 1.20 yet.
    (It was removed in 1.20 as it is being reworked)
