Showing “playing Wynncraft” Discord Status

I’ve looked through the FAQ and a few pages of the Questions forums, and I can’t find an answer to this. I’ve seen several people show their discord status as “exploring wynncraft - archer” or “in ice islands” or something like that and I can’t figure out how to do that. I’ve linked my discord account. Is it connected to Wynntils or something?

 

This is a feature apart of the Wynntils mod pack, a third party mod-pack made by members of the community.

 

Ah ok, I’ve heard of it but I haven’t used it. I figured it was something related to this since it was one of the only things I hadn’t tried. Thank you!
