Help With Misadventure On The Sea Quest

I was doing the Misadventure on the Sea Quest and I had to go in the middle. I had just reached the island and started interacting with the tree. When I logged back on, I spawned above the island and died of fall damage. I respawned in Selchar. Is there any way to get back to the island and complete the quest?

 

there isn't any way to get back to the island specifically that i know of, but you can get back to honip's ship by going to the dock in nemract where you entered it the first time and clicking the floating boat text - so i'd say try doing that, then get the cannon fuse and gunpowder again if you have to and use the cannon again to get back to the island

side note - there is a slight chance based on how quests sometimes work that this'll reset some of your quest stages and you'll have to redo them fully, but it should get you back to the island anyways
