What Setup Should I Get?

I have a Weatherhead bow. I am trying to get higher combat so I can wear morph armour. I am aiming to raise my combat level and also my bow. I would like to get a skin piercer bow. What is the fastest way to get it and what armor should I get. Additionally, how should I grind my combat

before you get morph you should use adventurer set which you unlock at 29

and for grindspots this should be atleast up to date
