Skippable Quest

Does anyone know a list of quests that i can skip or what quests are important to progress

 

On your first playthrough it is recommended to do all/most quests (assuming it's your first), but here's a guide list I made some time ago that has all worthwhile quests included + the reasons why.

It's technically the opposite of what you asked, but it does the same job.

 

If it’s ur first playthrough def do all the quests, they r really fun and then u don’t have to worry about lvling by grind spots and stuff cause it usually gets u all the way to the next lvl
But If u don’t wanna do them all just follow the guide the person above put

 

Until like level 40...

 

quests still cover 90%+ of levelling, with them being even better at 70+ due to grinding becoming notably slower compared to them.

 

Wdym? I went from 40-94 using only quests and it’s still going...
(Except for once at lvl 82 when I had to do a few corrupted dungeons)

Literally how, the quests dont give enough xp for that

 

they don't, but mixing in some dungeons, discoveries + the random mobs you'll kill on the way and you're practically done.

around the 60s and 80s may require a bit of extra grinding, 90+ does require extra grinding. miniquests still exist on top of the stuff listed above

 

ive gone from lvl 0 -> 103 without grinding mobs at all. just did 100% quests and 100% secret discoveries (these give lots of xp) and miniquests too i did.

although its a good idea to skip "???" as its kinda hard and annoying and is more easter egg than something need to progress

but you can just do some grinding and its fine
i normally do like 4 or 5 mini quests, like 20 dungeons, and all the quests in the game (without ???, qira hive, or tower of ascension because i do that after lvl 103) with the secret discoveries in se, molten heights, and sky islands to get to lvl 103
no grinding other than dungeons and mini quests

 

i just meant like no active grinding for lvls. Sometimes I’ll run around explore, get a few secret discoveries kill some mobs and stuff
But the quests gave 99% of the xp and I never did dungeons really or went to grind spots

but i would still go like 10 levels at a time just doing quests, prob because I had a bit of xp to begin with

 

Yeah, I remember starting to grind around level 40, but the quest density drops around there. I also didn't do secret discoveries until around level 90 for xp
