Armor Bugged?

Currently Im using thoracic and columns as my chestplate and leggings, but im trying to switch to katoas warmth and skeletal legs. I meet all the reqs for them, but when i put them on i get no extra buffs and it switches back to my previous armor after a minute. Any help with this would be appreciated

It also resets my inventory to when I had on my old armor

 

When you tale off the old armour, are you sure you’re not losing buffs from them that give you skill points? Because then they’d be gone and you wouldn’t be able to wear the armour as you’d no longer reach the requirements.

If you’re sure it isn’t that, I’d recommend restarting your game as that generally works for any bugs.
