Health Or Soul Points?

I recently got the mummy armor from the Wrath of the Mummy Quest. In terms of health, the mummy armor(400 hp) is much better than my current The Chapel chest plate(200 hp). However, the mummy armor gives me -7% soul point regen while The Chapel gives me + 12% soul point regen. I tend to die a lot as I am used to playing as an assassin and sometimes forget I am an archer, so soul points are important to me. Should I prioritize my health or my soul points for my archer profile? Thanks for any responses!

 

Health. + or - soul point regen either gives you a higher chance to get 2 or 0 soul points instead of 1, but given how minor those stats are, you likely will barely notice their effect.
