Places To Grind Mobs For Mythics

After over 40 thousand chests, I'm getting a bit tired of running around, spending hours opening chests to get the dopamine rush of finding a pretty purple box. So I thought about potentially mixing it up a bit by giving grinding mobs a shot.

What would be some good spots to grind mobs for mythics? As well, how exactly would loot bonus and loot quality affect the drop chances?

Also, I don't overly care if lootrunning is more effective than killing stuff, I just want to change it up a bit

 

lq/lb affect mob drops like they do chests, but without diminishing returns - so you want as much of both as possible (disco is important)

however all the good spots got patched out and mob totems suck now, so there's nowhere you could grind that wouldn't be extremely inefficient and slow
