Archer/Hunter Help Divzer Ambivalence

I've seen builds with 70k Arrow storms, 8 Mana regen and 14 Mana steal, but high costs though. I wondered if the damage could be any higher, or the costs could be any lower at the same damage.

Rip Ehp but it's Divzer Anyway so that doesn't really matter to me

 

okay heavy spell so

it is MUCH more important to lower the costs to a usable level than it is to increase damage, as you will be able to get some consistent dps that way. Divzer has the advantage of being a mana battery but the disadvantage of heavy spell archer being bad.

this kinda thing will have significantly higher dps, not only because the costs are lower, but also because you can actually cast 2 spells in a row. ehp will never be usable though.
