Media Which Update Do You Want First?

All context is in the poll. I personally think a Ocean + Jungle rework would be cool. Seeing how fast the Devs reworked Gavel and the fact they made SE and Nesaak SDs in the same update, I think this would be possible.

 

As someone who dislikes Wynn lore - I'd actually prefer a lore update. Maybe it would make me appreciate that part of the game more, and given how massive 1.20 was and how long it took, I'd actually like a quicker update focusing on misc. improvements/changes along some minor content.

Yeah, lore updates would be good, but the main storyline needs to be somewhat complete first.

 

I think a Gavel update is well over due. For a long time now, Gavel’s lore has been flawed, from Skyraiders, Lari, and most especially the gavel government, I think it’s time for Gavel to get the fixes it deserves. Idk what we’d call the update, Gavel Rework? Gavel Renewed? Maybe Gavel Reborn..? Nah, how about 1.21, Gavel 2: The Last Lari. Now that’s an update!

Game mechanics & skill point changes. I want to be able to actually play Agility-only builds without fear of getting one shot by literally anything. I also want to see more variety of builds be actually competitive.

 

I mean the theoretical update would be like endorsed fan fiction

I would say an Ocean Rework would be a really cool update, but at the same time it also feels a bit too small to be a standalone update, but if it was paired with a Jungle and Wynn Rework, then I say it would be big enough.

Jungle Rework, like the Ocean, feels too small to be a standalone update, and the same thing also applies to a Bob and Crystal Lore rework as well. But if all the reworks were combined into one massive update, then I would say it would be big enough.

I would say we are most likely going to get a Wynn + Ocean Rework or Fruma in the next update, considering the history of updates after Gavel released, I would say Dern will be put off for a while, considering the fact that we got the Silent Expanse an update ago in 2019, so maybe Dern will come out sometime in 2024 or 2025.

 

i generally avoid responding to these threads considering we get about 1/month, but i recently thought about it a bit and decided that i might as well share how much i want an update to MB

 

I think an Ocean rework is in order. I think Selchar should be reworked into a proper city, maybe it could be changed into a bunch of buildings on small islands connected by bridges, sorta like a sea-based Ahmsord. All it really needs is a Powder Master and a Liquid Emerald Merchant, make Selchar into a proper hub of the Ocean. There should be a questline which takes us around the Ocean, which would culminate in access to a raid, maybe a Kraken?
