Is There A Way To Reset A Quest?

I'm currently doing the quest "Frost Bite," and I'm on the part where you have to melt the ice and find the Servant's corpse. I accidentally exited out of the special area where you can melt ice somehow and don't know how to get back in. I tried going back and doing earlier stages of the quest, but Eppo, the quest npc, disappeared, and I still have the quest items. I don't know how to get to the special area, so I want to reset the quest.

 

You can't reset quests, but you should just be able to do the parkour again

 

I’m stuck outside of the melting ice area, is there a way I can get back in?

 

I don't think so. I've had the same bug before.

 

Just did the quest, what happens if you go into the portal underneath the wooden structure?

 

If nothing works, create a bug report so it can be fixed.
