there really isnt alot of useful ingredients in that range

you could also just get your intellgence high enough for cheap spell costs with +intel from armor and play with the natural mana regen

idk how easy or hard it is to get the portal emanation

 

You can get it from a rare mob. Not worth grinding because leveling from 39 to 49 is not a lot of time. btw mana regen is kinda bad for assassin because you can't regen while vanished. go for maybe main attack damage and spell damage.

hashr claw more op than any other thing. even when ur lvl 40, and early lvl 50.

 

hashr claw viable at like up to lvl 70 so shut up
