    I got a godly Jingling Jester and I like the stats,Im a level 70 archer and I bought upgraded my bow to Maelstrom too.
    The problem is...I need a build cuz the jingling jester drains all my hp and I have a poor Hp regen.

    You're supposed to cancel hpr with greed. Use something like ring of rubies for stealing.

    Still, Armors with high hpr include phage pins, clearsight spectacles, etc.
