Land Ownership?

New to game and server. Simple question, I hope. Can everyone own land or is it like Archeage and only a few can? And is it free or cost IG cash? Thx all! GREAT game here methinks!

 

Housing is available to everyone. You'll need materials to buy blocks though.

hmmmm......Am I reading this correctly......We get our own PRIVATE housing island???? That would make this my new fav game.......just saying!

 

Here are all the locations of where you can buy an island housing area. Note it costs emeralds to move your housing.

 

You can gain access to housing through any one the colourful looking hot air balloons at many of the major towns.
Materials gained from doing professions can be used to get blocks for building.
Once you've purchased your housing plot with your emeralds, you'll be able to travel to it and build inside of a red circle/ring. Those who have the hero or champion rank have access to areas of the building plot outside of the red ring.
