Mage/Dark Wizard Help Tanky Koh Doubleyield

I need a war build for mage.
Somewhat decent meteors and somewhat high ehp.
40le budget.
No LI unless huge differance.

This is what I use on mage, I'm not an expert in wars or class building but I think it's pretty good. Tenuto can be a bit expensive so if you can't afford it you can swap Prowess with Atlas and Tenuto with something like Amanuensis to get 1 cost meteors. You can use Contrast too ig but meteor will cost 2 mana instead of 1.
