Archer/Hunter Need Help Making A Build (lv60/archer)

so this is what i made

but it still seems kinda bad idk

im tryna get high walk speed, mana regen (since im using my Spells a lot)
and xp bonus% and it should be cheap idk like 5-7le at max

(i lvled up like 10 times during a bomb party today, thats why i have so underleveled gear)
can smn mybe give some advice on how to improve this build?
