[noob Question] Does Spell Damage Activate Life/mana Steal?

    Melee attacks activate life/mana steal depending on your attack speed. The lower your attack speed the higher the chance it procs. i.e Super Slow attack speed has a 49% chance to proc life/mana steal on hit

    some powder specials do tho, aka courage quake and chain lightning iirc

    also wasnt there a time multi hit could proc ms?

    The 49% chance is derived from /4, so the actual chance is a decent bit higher.

    It doesn't. A shame, if you have +life/mana steal. A relief, if you have -life/mana steal.
