How Do The Provinces Work?

    Minecraft:
    Gavel, Fruma, Corkus, and Wynn are all labeled "provinces" in the game. (A province is the equivalent of a state in the USA) So, are all the provinces part of one country? Or are these provinces independent regions?
    It doesn't really matter, because if there is one country, the government doesn't care about Wynn, Gavel, or Corkus, because they are never heard from.

    Independent regions. Provinces have separate governing bodies that work with or against each other: Troms is allied with Ragni, etc.
