    What is the best Powder special?

    Does it stacks with skill level? (Thunder special will give more damage the more points in DEX)

    Minecraft:
    Dex does increase thunder damage so yes it would increase chain lightning damage. There is no best powder special, it depends on your build.
    Heavy melee —> Quake
    Spellsteal/some hybrid —> Chain Lighting
    Fast melee —> Courage
    Spell —> Curse
    Never —> wind prison
