Any Class Can Somebody Please Make Me A Etw Build

The title explains it all, I just want an ETW build for any class, only restriction is no mythics and crafteds, everything else is fair game.

 

event horizon is pretty decent in etw because of the hp you're getting

Lots of excess skill point to pump into strength/dexterity which should boost DPS by a chunk once the E/T buff is reimplemented. Either chain lightning (TTT) or quake (TEE) are good, down to preference. If you ever decide to use Limbo for heavy melee it's more worth investing powders into TEE or EEE. One problem I see with this build is lack of health sustain via lifesteal.
