im assuming you wanna get xp on your 97 class...

use morph + blue mask until 100
and afterwards full morph

when grinding mobs for xp get the best weapon you can in terms of damage and mana

 

Yes, Morph is good and easy to get.
If you want the highest, though, I would recommend cosmic armour from the quest '???'

 

cosmic is so glassy its not worth it

 

You can also check the wiki for secret discoveries and do those instead; they give lore and good xp
