Anyone Know Some Good Gear For A Lvl 18 Shaman

rn i have like an armor than in total gives 320 hp, a weapon that does 35-45 dmg called a Crustacean is that good or nah??

 

In one level you can use helter skelter which is a busted relik.

 

Yeah Crustacean is pretty good but I would recommend upgrading it pretty soon.
Helter Skelter is good, but whatever works for you is best.

 

Just use whichever weapon you like using the most, you really don't need item synergy until higher levels

He's saying to just use whatever drops you get, the items you use at level 18 literally have no effect on anything at all, if you spend any effort getting a specific item by the time you actually get it you'll already be way past the point of needing it. Your goal should be to level up fast right now by doing quests and running dungeons, not gearing up.
