Archer/Hunter Best Build For Tcc/nol (10stx Budget, Can Go Over A Bit)

Hey i'm looking for the most efficient tcc/nol archer build. 10-13 stx budget.
It'd be great if you could provide non-crafted and crafted options, and if I receive a nice build that I wanna use I'll pay a few LE to whoever posts it.

Ignis basically have good damage and tankiness, I have saw ignis with anti i one shotting parasite

 

I like this, might use it. Going to wait for more options soon. (also gonna post a similar thread for mage build soon)

 

For mage, you can use crafted spring in staff form then use a lament build
