Made a little comparison of the main features & differences between the themes. I think the best one's pretty subjective, although I think in terms of pure colour use Starry Night's the best dark theme and Journey the best light theme. Personally I use Full Moon, as I have a really hard time getting past small things like the outdated favicon on Hallowynn/Starry Night, or the buttons on Starry Night- aside from that, these dark themes all are effectively the same with a different accent colour, though. Craftmas & Journey are basically just either a mellow or a slightly sharper light mode, if you actually use the forums at reasonable times of the day or something. Northern Glow is objectively the worst theme and I will die on this hill.

    wtf bart high effort!!!

Personally like Starry Night, old favicon and all. The different buttons are my favorite part. All the dark themes are solidly gaming though with their small differences, but I do see what you mean about Northern Glow's ickyness.

ok now that i see them all i actually like hallowynn a lot simply because orange and black are my favourite colour combo (maybe besides white and gold, but its close)
probably still gonna use full moon because i dont like the halloween logo, makes the theme appear seasonal instead of modern, which is one of the main reasons i don't use starry night
