Set Bonus On Adventurer Set Won't Work

My set bonus on the Adventurer Set won't work, when I equip them all it says that I only have 3/4 equipped, and the one that says is unequipped is the last one I equip. When I unequip everything, the last thing I equipped says its equipped. Because of this, I am not getting the full effect of my set bonus, what should I do?

The one that is glitched said 4/4 set bonus, and the other ones said 3/4, and now I unequipped the glitched one and re-equipped it and now the glitched one is saying 3/4 and the rest is saying 4/4? I'm so confused.

I have the full set bonus, it's just a visual glitch I think, thanks to this dude for the help.

 

Sometimes if you are lagging too much, the game can't understand if you are wearing the item or not. Check if your hp changes when you wear the items. If you think this is not a internet related error, I suggest you to open the game again. And play on 1.12.2 if you can.

 

at times its also visual and it will show 4/4 like a minute later, just check to see if the stats bonus is active when it says 3/4
