What Gear Should I Be Using As A Level 70 Mage?

I'm currently using Olux Wand, Sage (for XP and teleporting), Purified Helmet of the Legends, Cloak of Luminosity, Fire Wire, and Sodeta Boots, and my weapon & armor feel a bit outdated. What gear should I be using?

 

That gear is good for that level, however mage is the class with the lowest damage, and your wand is underleveled so you should get something like Ethereal or Stave of the Legends. For accessories just use good Quest/Boss Altar items.

 

You can go on the class builds sub forum and ask for a build there, but you will quickly outlevel the build and you will have to repeatedly ask for another build, they generally can carry you for 5-10 levels

 

I had a lvl 70 build that lasted until I reached the sky islands (lvl 94ish), but it was really weak by that point

 

Ethereal, crystal and sodeta boots.
