Mage/Dark Wizard Help Battle Mage Builds

I've been grinding with an xp% set of gear. I'd like to know what I should go for with my final build.

The build should do some high damage, as I'd rather dodge and spam damage than tank and strictly heal spam.

While I am allowing Mythics in the build, I'd appreciate if a second, non-mythical version of a build were submitted as well, so I can use something while I'm slowly obtaining the final Mythics

Doesn't that have really low mana regen? I could see some problems with spell spamming using this. I suggest replacing Medeis with Aquarius. You lose out on some Ehp and around 2k meteor damage, but you get 12/5s mana regen which is enough for quick spell cycling.

 

I have a 6 mr build with 1/1/1/1 costs and have never had to worry about spells, this does have 2/1/1/1 but since part of it is steal instead of regen you should be completely fine unless you don't understand how burnout works
