In the News Eurovision 2021 Final Results

Italy despite seeming to lock on 4th place, managed to win the contest thanks to the appeal to teenager audience

France won the battle against Switzerland by presenting a Eurovision-Oringinal song, but lost due to the overwheelming televote rate of Italy

Switzerland and Malta had a very good rate by the jury but were eventually punished by the audience

Ukraine, Lithuania, Finland and Iceland skyrocketed to the top thanks to the help of the audience.

Russia, just like Ukraine, managed to get a high position by mordenising well its culture on the stage

After a long time, Greece made it back to the top 10 thanks to a perfectly balanced song and well.... National Relationships, and an awesome beloved 12 points from France!

Bulgaria had a dynamic beginning but televoting tied them with Greece

Portugal, Moldova, Serbia and Sweden had a decent presentation on the stage

Cyprus and Greece exchange 12-points for the 69420th time. Everyone knows that and it will never change.

Israel had a very dynamic presentarion, but well, they won in 2018 so ain't gonna happen twice.

Norway's Angel didn't manage to pass his suffering like that terrible guy from Portugal from 2017 who only won bc of his heart problem

Belgium's Night-Club-ish song got darker by meeting a low position on the board

Azerbaijan couldn't impersonate Egypt well enough.

Albania and basically half of the roster presented women in "fancy" dresses

San Marino's adrenaline was too big for it to handle, better luck when they become a normal country

Nobody really remembers Netherlands and Spain

Germany....... Germany, Germany, Germany.......... Once again they had an insanely Terrible, Horrid, Ugly and Cringey appearence for like years so far. The 3 points are from National Relationships and they truly don't deserve them. By far the worst song in the whole contest. Fuhrer will be mad if he returns.

Nobody wanted to spend 65 cents for UK , y i k e s. That didnt let the singer give up, he still had fun in the contest. Even I don't get it, the song was pretty cool. They REALLY shouldn't have done the brexit.

i liked french and also finland (yes finland song's genre isn't what you'd expect in eurovision but atleast it was better than italy)

As a European, as a Dutch person, I hate Eurovision with a burning passion.

As for the results, Italy was just uninteresting. At least France's submission felt very, well... French. Not that Eurovision has anything to do with national culture anyways. Half the songs are in English. Also a great way to burn 50 million euros in return for some humiliatingly bad music, fuck all in terms of local business - that's the excuse people normally use to host events like this - and a whole load of nepotism. You may not have gotten any points, but we're the real losers here.

Italy's song was really good and their energy on stage made the performance fun to watch, same with Finland's performance.
Iceland's song was actually pretty good, its a shame they couldn't perform on stage but for how well they did I'm really happy for them.

As for UK... yeah... that was a thing.
