Shaman Builds 40-50 (mana) ?

im currently using items that give me mana, however lvl 40-50 items (that i see on the market) dont give intel, any ideas on what i should use ?

However, I'm not class builder, I just took mana regen items in 40-50 range and put them together, I have no idea if this is any good. Also I didn't find any mr rings in that area

Also for Avalanche you need to complete the quest called Fate of the Fallen

 

theres a really epic set called ultramarine in 60-70, dont worry about much, except do the passage quest and get a mask of enlightenment
