Shaman/Skyseer Best Gear For Skyseer Lvl 70-80

I need exactly what the title says since Bob is destroying me

 

Here's a spell spam build that gives high spell damage, very good spell cost and mana regen, decent walk speed, and a bit of health regen although that doesn't matter too much for shaman. I wasn't sure what level you were exactly, so I made the build for level 74 because that's the level you can first fight Bob.
